Hi there,
I just want to say that I just came across your blog and I am really interested to read your book!
I have a question for Montel:
It has been said that exercise is a natural anti-depressant. I am curious as to whether you were exercising when you became depressed? Or on the other hand, did you use exercise as a natural way to overcome your depression?
Also, many of us know that depression often makes it hard for one to want to eat healthy foods. It is often a vicious cycle of junk food --> negative feelings --> to more junk food. How did you fight the urge to stop eating junk food when feeling depressed?
Thanks so much. I look forward to listening to the show!
