I am not worthy! (ala "Wayne's World")

How cool is this? When I worked in the natural foods industry, as part of my arsenal of nutrition tools, I used to carry around a tattered copy of American Wholefoods Cuisine like it was a bible. I'm honored to have the Goldbecks drop by my blog and even more thrilled to see their new book, The ABC's of Fruits and Vegetables and Beyond as a great and handy resource now available for concerned parents.

Though I have not had the chance to read it yet, given the Goldbeck's excellent reputation for translating "good for you" foods into "got to have more of that because it tatsted so good" foods, this book is bound to be a winner and destined to be part of my forthcoming "Dave's Raves"!! (Yes...it is coming!)
